Fitness should be fun, friendly, and motivating. icpc Health’s Private 121 Personal Training sessions are designed to facilitate you in achieving your goals. Our services include a programme, which you can access from an app on your phone, meaning you can view the workout ahead of your session, track weights lifted, write comments and view trends over time -keeping you accountable for your training.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & Conditions 1. General i. Bookings made through our website are final. No refunds or exchanges can be given, so please be sure of your purchase. ii. Your session is not confirmed until we have received payment from you. iii. If you are unable to attend a session, you can reschedule online up to 12 hours before your session starts. iv. If we cancel the session due to circumstances beyond our control, a full refund will be given. v. These terms are applicable to everyone in all circumstances. 2. Small Group Personal Training i. All Small Group Personal Training membership plans and one off sessions once purchased are non-refundable, non-changeable & not transferrable. ii. Payments for Small Group Personal Training membership plans will be taken on a recurring 4 weekly cycle until cancelled. iii. Unused sessions are non-refundable and not transferrable. Sessions will reset at the beginning of each payment period. iv. Small Group Personal Training membership plans can be cancelled online via the Fit by Wix app or by logging into your account online via our website. 3. One to One Personal Training i. All One to One Personal Training membership plans, blocks and one off sessions once purchased are non-refundable, non-changeable & not transferrable. ii. Payments for One to One Personal Training membership plans will be taken on a recurring 4 weekly cycle until cancelled. iii. Unused sessions are non-refundable and not transferrable. Sessions will reset at the beginning of each payment period. iv. One to One Personal Training membership plans can be cancelled online via the Fit by Wix app or by logging into your account online via our website. 4. Starter and Trial Packages i. All Starter and Trial Packages once purchased are non-refundable, non-changeable & not transferrable. ii. Unused sessions are non-refundable and not transferrable.
