Blair Duncanson - Personal Trainer

After achieving his degree in Applied Sports and Exercise Science at RGU, Blair began as a full time personal trainer where he progressed to a senior coaching role.

 

Alongside his role at icpc Health, Blair works as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for Scotland Rugby Union’s development pathway, where he continues his professional development.

Inside icpc’s Small Group Personal Training (SGPT) model, Blair will adapt his coaching style and programme design for your needs to give you the platform you need to achieve your individual goals, build confidence and reach your potential. 

 

Blair is experienced in working with clients from different sporting backgrounds and is a keen sports participant in his spare time so whether you are looking to return to sport, find that 1% to improve performance or build general fitness, Blair will be your guide through this journey.
