1. INTRODUCTION
​
By booking a class or one to one session, either through online booking or by card payment at icpc Health, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions as set out below.
​
We want you to enjoy and benefit from all our classes and one to one sessions. The terms and conditions below are set out to help you do this and to safe guard our classes.
​
A. By booking a Pilates class you will receive from us:
​

Expert, experienced teaching from fully qualified Physiotherapist Pilates teachers

Limited class sizes (maximum 12 per class)

Use of Pilates equipment at our Class Studio in Kintore
B. By booking a Yoga class you will receive from us:

Expert, experienced teaching from a qualified Yoga Instructor

Limited class sizes (maximum 12 per class)

Use of yoga equipment at our Class Studio in Kintore
C. By booking any other exercise classes you will receive from us:

Expert, experienced teaching from a qualified instructor

Limited class sizes (maximum 12 per class)

Use of exercise equipment at our Class Studio in Kintore

D. When purchasing a 6 or 10 class pass you will receive from us:
​

A 10% discount off the standard class fee.

2 months to use the pass from the date of purchase.

The option to use your pass to mix and match all in person Pilates and Yoga classes in Kintore
E. When purchasing an online unlimited class pass you will receive from us:

Unlimited access to online classes

A significant discount on the standard online class fee if you take 2 or more classes per week (the minimum discount is 22% based on 2 classes over a 44-week class timetable period)

2. FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

​Bookings made through our website are final. No refunds or exchanges can be given, so please be sure of your purchase.

Your class or session is not confirmed until we have received payment from you.

All blocks of Pilates classes, including Beginners Pilates, and Postnatal Pilates classes once booked are non-refundable, non-changeable and not transferrable to another person.

Once purchased, one to one sessions, whether one-off or a block are non-refundable, non-changeable and not transferrable to another person.

Once purchased, class passes, are non-refundable, non-changeable and not transferrable to another person.

All 6 classes must be booked before the valid end date on the class pass. Any unused sessions remaining on the pass are non-refundable and not transferrable to another class pass.

If you are unable to attend a class, you can reschedule online up to 48 hours before class starting time. Classes cannot be rescheduled within the 48-hour period prior to class starting time.

If the class does not reach the minimum number required to run it, we reserve the right to cancel the class. A full refund will be given.

If we have to cancel the class due to circumstances beyond our control, a full refund will be given. If you have booked the class using a class pass the session will be credited back to your pass.

These terms are applicable to everyone in all circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.

3. LIABILITY RELEASE

I understand that my teacher is a qualified and insured Pilates/Yoga Instructor.

I understand that icpc Health are in no way responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings while I attend class or one to one sessions.

I will inform the teacher of anything painful or unusual I experience in the class or between classes.

I will stop doing the exercises if I need to or if requested to by the teacher. I will follow the alternatives my teacher gives me.

I understand my teacher may offer me professional advice relating to my ability to exercise and they may consider it unsafe to continue to teach me if I do not wish to follow their advice.

I will keep my teacher updated on any changes in my health and medical condition.

I understand that all exercise carries a risk and I voluntarily participate in classes or one to one sessions with full knowledge that there is a risk to injury, property loss or death.

I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind against icpc Health or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

4. WEBSITE

Information published on our website is provided for the use of its visitors. You are advised that, although care has been taken to ensure technical and factual accuracy, some errors may occur.

No guarantee is given of the accuracy or completeness of information on these pages. Please be aware that icpc Health may alter the information on their website from time to time.

icpc Health shall have no liability arising from the use by any party of the information on the website. Icpc health do not warrant the information on the website in any way and in particular no warranty is given that the website or its content or hypertext links are virus free or uncontaminated.

You are advised to make your own virus checks and to implement your own precautions in this respect. Icpc health exclude all liability for contamination or damage caused by any virus or electronic transmission.

5. PRIVACY AND SECURITY

Your personally identifiable information is kept secure. Only authorised employees, agents and contractors (who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential) have access to this information.

All emails and newsletters from our sites allow you to opt out of further mailings.
Icpc health will never sell trade, rent, exchange or otherwise share your personal information with any other person, company, or organisation.
