COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

How do I make a complaint?

 

We hope that you’re pleased with the treatment/service you received at ICPC Health.
  If there is anything you are unhappy with please get in touch with us as soon as possible so that we can try to rectify matters.

 

If you’re in the Clinic speak to the clinician or Practice Manager, or alternatively please call or email the Practice Manager.  You can also submit your complaint by post.

 

We aim to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible, 
and if you feel that your complaint has not been resolved satisfactorily please let us know.
