Integrated Yoga Psychotherapy
Integrative Yoga Psychotherapy helps individuals develop a cohesive sense of self by exploring physical, energetic, emotional, mental, and existential aspects of their being.

Elle creates a supportive environment where clients can safely examine their emotions through inquiry. She offers psychoeducation and, when relevant, integrates yogic and Buddhist philosophies and lessons from nature, with modern psychotherapy techniques, creating a comprehensive mind-body-spirit approach to easing suffering and encouraging eudaimonic flourishing.

Clients learn body-based methods such as breathwork, relaxation, gentle movement, and mindfulness to help regulate emotions and the nervous system. This therapeutic approach is inherently trauma-sensitive and person-centered, enabling clients to gain insight and potentially undergo transformation.
