icpc Health continues to make the safety of our customers and staff our top priority. We follow all government guidelines, as well as those of our professional bodies.
How is icpc Health ensuring the safety of patients and staff?
Ensuring the health and safety of all patients and staff remains our top priority. We continue to maintain strict hygiene rules as set out by the Scottish Government and the professional bodies we're associated with, including but not limited to:
staff wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as apron, gloves, facemask and eye protection
disinfection between patients
perspex screens at reception

What should I expect when visiting the Clinic?
On arrival please:
arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time
wear a face covering
use the hand sanitiser provided as you enter and exit the Clinic
follow advice given by clinical and reception staff
maintain physical distancing where possible
Making payment and booking further appointments:
The easiest, quickest and most convenient way to book and pre-pay is online via our website.
You can pay your fee by debit or credit card and book your return appointment at Reception.
Contactless payments are accepted up to £100.
Please note that we longer accept cash payments
Under what circumstances should I not visit the Clinic?
If you feel unwell before your appointment, please give us a call and we will happily rearrange your appointment for a future date, or, where possible move it online. Your co-operation helps to protect our staff and other patients from potential transmission of infection
