How is icpc Health ensuring the safety of patients and staff?
Ensuring the health and safety of all patients and staff is our top priority. We maintain strict hygiene rules as set out by the professional bodies we're associated with, including but not limited to:

staff wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as gloves, facemask and eye protection, and aprons.

disinfection between patients

hand sanitiser provided as you enter and exit the Clinic

face coverings are now optional when you visit the Clinic (some practitioners may prefer you to wear a face covering during your appointment - we have a supply of masks available if this is the case)

What should I expect when visiting the Clinic?

When you arrive, please:

let our reception team know you have arrived

​wait in Reception until your practitioner calls you

Making payment and booking further appointments​:

The easiest, quickest and most convenient way to book and pre-pay is online via our website.

You can pay your fee by debit or credit card and book your return appointment at Reception.

Contactless payments are accepted up to £100.

Please note that we longer accept cash payments

Under what circumstances should I not visit the Clinic?
If you feel unwell before your appointment, please give us a call and we will happily rearrange your appointment for a future date, or, where possible move it online. Your co-operation helps to protect our staff and other patients from potential transmission of infection.​
