Group Exercise Classes

Our range of classes is designed to suit all ages, abilities and fitness levels. With small class sizes and expert instruction, you'll receive plenty of individual guidance while enjoying the motivation of exercising with others.

Physio-Led Pilates

Our Pilates classes focus on improving core strength, posture, flexibility and movement control. Suitable for beginners through to more experienced participants, Pilates can help reduce aches and pains, improve balance and build a stronger body for everyday life.

Yoga

Choose from a variety of yoga styles including:​

  • Hatha Yoga

  • Yin Yoga

  • Chair Yoga

Each class is designed to improve flexibility, balance, breathing, relaxation and overall wellbeing. Whether you're completely new to yoga or have years of experience, our instructors will help you work safely within your own abilities.

Gentle & Supported Exercise Classes

Our gentle exercise classes are ideal for older adults, beginners, those recovering from illness or injury, or anyone who prefers a lower-impact approach to staying active.  Classes such as Chair Yoga and Young at Heart focus on improving mobility, flexibility, balance, strength and overall wellbeing in a friendly, relaxed environment. Exercises can be adapted to suit individual abilities, allowing everyone to participate safely and comfortably.

 

Our experienced instructors provide encouragement and support throughout each session, helping you build confidence, stay independent and enjoy the many physical and mental health benefits of regular movement.  Perfect for people who want to:

Online Classes

Stay active wherever you are with our live online sessions. Our virtual Pilates classes allow you to enjoy the same expert instruction from the comfort of your own home, making it easier to fit exercise into your lifestyle. Our gentle online Tai Chi Qi Gong classes combine slow, flowing movements with mindful breathing to improve balance, coordination, mobility and relaxation. These classes are particularly beneficial for stress management and healthy ageing.

Small Group Personal Training

If you're looking for extra support and motivation, our Small Group Personal Training sessions offer the perfect balance between individual coaching and the encouragement of training alongside others.  Limited group numbers mean you'll receive personalised coaching while benefiting from a supportive and friendly atmosphere.  Small Group PT is ideal for:

One-to-One Personal Training

For completely personalised support, our one-to-one Personal Training sessions are tailored specifically to your goals, lifestyle and health needs.  Whether you're preparing for an event, recovering after injury, managing a long-term condition or simply wanting expert guidance, your programme will be designed around you.  Your Coach will provide:
