Specialties: community and neurological rehabilitation, trained in ACPIN and Bobath concept

Helen graduated from Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen in 2011 with a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy. She worked initially for NHS Tayside before returning to Grampian to continue her NHS work in a variety of areas before specialising in community and neurological rehabilitation. Helen is a member of ACPIN and has completed training in the Bobath Concept. She is an experienced Pilates teacher whose interest in neurology led her to complete the APPI Neurological Pilates training. Away from work, Helen enjoys spending family time on the farm with her husband and daughter, as well as training in the gym to support her involvement in Tug of War.
