Emily is a qualified Remedial and Sports Massage Therapist, also trained in Swedish massage and Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD). She is a member of the Scottish Massage Therapists Organisation (SMTO). She is passionate about helping clients feel and move better, whether they are managing injury, swelling, chronic pain, or everyday tension and stress.

With experience in soft tissue therapy, Emily treats a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions—from acute injuries to long-standing aches and pains—while also offering treatments that support relaxation and the lymphatic system. Her approach is tailored to each individual, combining hands-on techniques with an understanding of how the body moves, heals, and responds to stress.

Emily has a particular interest in MLD, using gentle, targeted techniques to support fluid movement, reduce swelling, and promote recovery. This can be beneficial for post-injury care, post-surgical care, general fluid retention, and overall wellbeing.
Committed to ongoing professional development, Emily continues to expand her knowledge of common conditions such as neck, shoulder, and back pain. She aims to support clients not only in relieving pain, but in improving mobility, aiding recovery, and maintaining long-term health.
Believing that movement is key to overall wellbeing, Emily encourages a balanced approach that may include massage, simple exercises, and lifestyle support—helping clients feel their best in both body and mind.
