​After graduating RGU with a Master’s of Physiotherapy (MPhys) with Distinction, Cara began her clinical rotations within NHS Grampian where she still currently works full-time. She has gained experience within Stroke Rehab, Community, Acute Geriatric, Musculoskeletal (MSK) and Orthopaedic settings across Aberdeen City and Shire. Whilst working in MSK, Cara led weekly Back/Core exercise classes which sparked an interest in Pilates-based rehab. Afterward, she sought out Pilates teaching here at ICPC Health and completed both her Level 1 and 2 APPI Matwork courses. In her free-time Cara enjoys running, various exercise classes and bagging Munros!
