As our Practice Manager, Amanda supports the Directors and Clinical teams to ensure the provision of high quality care and services for the patients of icpc Health.  Amanda works closely with the Directors to develop business strategy and is proactive in the development of services to further enhance patient care.  

 

She is also responsible for the operational management of the business, including finance, human resources, patient safety, information technology, supplier contracts, and facilities management.

Amanda is an accomplished and motivated change management professional with a background in the Public Sector.  She has a successful track record of overseeing continuous improvement initiatives and transformational change.  Since joining icpc Health in 2019 her focus has been to develop people and processes, maximising the use of technology to drive efficiencies and improvements to icpc Health and enhance patient experience.
