Terms & Conditions - Personal Training i. Bookings made through our website are final. No refunds or exchanges can be given, so please be sure of your purchase. ii. Your session is not confirmed until we have received payment from you. iii. All SGPT membership plans and blocks once purchased are non-refundable, non-changeable & not transferrable. iv. Unused sessions are non-refundable and not transferrable. v. If you are unable to attend a session, you can reschedule online up to 12 hours before your session starts or contact icpc Health to reschedule. vi. If we cancel the session due to circumstances beyond our control, a full refund or session credit will be given. ix. These terms are applicable to everyone in all circumstances.
