Exercise in the Fitness Room

Small Group PT sessions

At icpc Performance, you will receive the attention of a 1-2-1 Personal Training session whilst training alongside a maximum of 3 other like-minded individuals. Meaning the Coach delivers a hands on, personalised experience whilst creating a fun, friendly, and motivating environment. 

Flexible Booking

Our flexible booking system allows you to choose one of our sessions slots running from Monday – Saturday, meaning you can find a routine that suits you and your busy schedule.

50 minute full body workout

Each session will be a full body workout and last only 50 mins long, the programme will be designed by your personal trainer and tailored to you and your needs.

Our vision at icpc Health is to create an all-encompassing approach to health and fitness. By choosing our Small Group Personal Training (SGPT) model, you are choosing a cost effective way of accessing expert coaching under the same roof as our physiotherapy, podiatry, remedial massage, nutrition and Pilates services.
