Service Description

A Physiotherapist led gentle paced Pilates class where you can gain the strength and stretching benefits of Pilates with out the need to lie down on the floor. The class includes a seated warm up, standing balance exercise, seated exercise which utilise your postural and abdominal muscles (also known as your core), and strengthening of your major muscle groups, also mainly in sitting.
