The Pilates Reformer takes your Pilates workout to the next level.

Whether you are a keen sportsperson or simply looking for a great workout, using the Reformer will exercise you in a unique way. The series of springs and pulleys can provides a challenging, intense workout which is great for toning muscle.

 

Because you can perform exercises in a wide range of different positions, the Reformer helps you to target key muscle groups and significantly improve your strength and flexibility, all whilst maintaining good form.

People with injuries or a limited range of motion can safely use the Reformer to do modified exercises. The extremely versatile machine facilitates almost unlimited variations.

Reformer sessions are led by an experienced Physiotherapist and Pilates instructor, who will guide through a series of exercises specific to your  needs.
