Nicole Christie: Nicole qualified in Remedial and Sports massage in early 2020 and is also trained in Swedish and Oncology massage therapy. She is a member of the Scottish Massage Therapists Organisation (SMTO). Working in soft tissue therapy for the last few years, she has experience with treating chronic and acute musculoskeletal conditions, injuries, general aches and pains, through to providing relaxation and stress management. Currently she is furthering her knowledge and understanding of common musculoskeletal conditions with a focus on back pain and sciatica with Active X Backs. She is keen to continue her training in various therapies to help as many people as possible, whether it be pain relief and/or management, aiding muscle and joint movement, improving performance in sport, or promoting relaxation which can have an amazing impact on pain, sleep and overall health. Believing movement is key for good health, Nicole has a keen interest in sports, particularly martial arts, achieving purple belt in kickboxing and winning a few tournament trophies (some years ago now!). She’s also a strong advocate for Pilates and strength training.

Grace Chau: Grace has over 15 years' experience working with both adults and children within the NHS. More recently she has begun working privately with amateur athletes. Grace has a BSc(Hons) in Nutrition and Dietetics. Although Grace has experience in many areas of dietetics, she is passionate about nutrition for sport and exercise. She is keen to help all ages and abilities from top amateur athletes to anyone working to improve their health through exercise and healthy eating. As a competitive endurance athlete herself, Grace has extensive experience in developing nutritional strategies that work for optimal performance alongside busy lifestyles. Grace is a level one anthropometric practitioner. She is also HCPC registered and a member of the British Dietetic Association.
