How do I make a complaint?

 

We hope that you’re pleased with the treatment/service you received at Inverurie Chartered Physiotherapy Clinic.
 However, if there is anything you are unhappy with please get in touch with us right away so that we can try to rectify matters.

 

If you’re in the Clinic speak to the clinician or Practice Manager.


If not in the Clinic, please call or email us as soon as possible.

 

You can also submit your complaint by post,  but please be advised this will tak longer to resolve.


If you call us, we’ll try to sort out your complaint while you’re on the phone.


If this isn’t possible the advisor will agree a course of action with you.

 


Should this fail to resolve your complaint satisfactorily please let us know and one of the Directors will contact you to try and resolve matters.
